Shipping Policy

Normal delivery times are approximately 2 to 7 business days depending on the region.

However, there may be problems beyond our control, accidents, or other unmanageable situations that may cause a delay in delivery, in which case we will take an additional 48 hours to ensure effective delivery.

IMPORTANT: When the product is 24 hours away from being delivered, we will contact you via WhatsApp or phone to ensure that the product can be received and that the provided address is correct.
