Refund policy
Deeffy Store's priority is for you to be satisfied with your purchases and supported by the service we provide.
Below, we explain how each of the guarantees you can claim works:
1. SATISFACTION GUARANTEED: IMMEDIATE RETURN.
If you made a purchase of any product in our store and you regret it within the first 24 hours, there is no problem, you must immediately communicate through our official customer service channels:

indicating the data entered at the time of purchase and requesting the cancellation of the order.
The maximum time to request cancellation is 24 hours from the time of purchase, as this is equivalent to the order processing period. After the first 24 hours, your order has already left our store to achieve expedited dispatch, so the shipment cannot be canceled after that period.
2. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS.
If the product received comes with factory defects or there is an error in the product sent, don't worry, we can send you a new product at no additional cost.
Products that show damage attributable to the buyer due to neglect or misuse are excluded from all warranty.
Procedure for making the warranty effective.
To make the warranty effective, the customer must communicate through one of our customer service channels, indicating:
- Buyer's details and order identification number.
- Description of the product's defect.
- Clear images showing the defect.
- 1 video attempting to use the product
If the review is approved, a new product will be sent, only paying the shipping price.
3. SHIPPING PROBLEMS
Normal shipping times are approximately 2 to 7 business days. However, there may be problems inherent to our will, accident, or some uncontrollable situation that causes a delay in shipping, in which case we will take an additional 48 hours for effective delivery.
If 7 business days have passed and the order has still not been delivered, you can write to our contact channels to assess the situation.
